Ecosystemae is dedicated to the possibility that the workplace be a site for personal, organizational, and social transformation.  Through the cultivation of light processes, reflective practice, and meaningful human interaction, Ecosystemae is committed to the transformation of human organization.  Inside this larger vision, Ecosystemae will document my ongoing research in organizational agilty, as well as the services I offer.
