I am committed to people transforming their relationship to change. Toward this end, I help people learn how to translate change into energy, creativity, and productivity. In ways that are holistic and integral to who they are, whether individual, team, or organization.

I believe that people don't have to change themselves in order to suit a goal. Rather, I try to help people amplify their particular strengths and quirks in order to bring out their natural desire to grow and evolve.

When people are evolving, problems take on a different character. They are either obstacles to growth and self-expression, or they aren't. Which of these it is, is a matter of declaration.

When problems are declared to be obstacles, people who are evolving don't try to "solve" them. Rather, the use the occurance of those problems as sources of information which tell of a deeper, underlying dynamic. Then, they work to resolve that dynamic.

So, what I do is help people teach themselves to become evolutionary.

I work with people one-on-one, and I work with teams.
